Delete your account and data
App: GeoMeter: Land Area Measure · Developer: Doston
This page explains how to ask for your data in the Android app GeoMeter: Land Area Measure (uz.geometer.app), developed by Doston, to be deleted. You can request deletion of your whole account or only part of your data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "GeoMeter data deletion". The button below opens a ready-made email.
- If you signed in with Google in the App, write the Google account email you used. If you never signed in, write the names and approximate dates of a few of your saved measurements, so we can find your anonymous backup.
- Say what to delete: everything (default), only the measurement backup, or only the support chat history.
We will confirm by email and delete the data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account in Firebase Authentication (Google sign-in or anonymous identifier).
- All backed-up measurements: names, points/coordinates, area, distance and dates.
- Your support chat messages and the name, phone number and device information sent with them.
What is kept
- Usage statistics in Google Analytics for Firebase are not linked to your name or email and are deleted automatically after up to 14 months.
- Crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics are deleted automatically after up to 90 days.
Data on your phone
Measurements stored on your phone are not affected by a deletion request. Delete them in the App (Saved → delete) or uninstall the App to remove them from the device.
See the Privacy Policy for the full list of data the App uses.
